Bianco e Rosso
Bianco & Rosso is a restaurant, situated in the picturesk and typical district Santa Catalina in Palma. An area designed to join and enjoy the traditional Italian Mediterranean cuisine, converted by us into a mirror of our own personality.
We feel honoured being able to offer our gastronomy both to local and foreign visitors who are coming to us.
Since 1918
Palma and to me a skilled maestro
It has been 100 years since in 1918 my father’s grandpa, Mr. Donato Simone, opened his first restaurant in Pescara, a beautiful village on the Adriatic coast in Italy in the area of Abruzos.
Later my grandma Antonieta Simone continued with my father Michele Caporale.
Since then Michele learned to love the cuisine, to innovate and to teach me the authentic stimulated world of gastronomy.
Michele Caporale came to Mallorca in 2000 and opened his first restaurant: “La Botiga de vía Appia” that afterwards became La Bottega di Michele,a total reference to the italian kitchen in.

I am Manuel Caporale, Chief Executive of Bianco and Rosso.
Since 2011 I’m presiding the family business, offering a traditional italian cuisine, more creative and original, surprising with different gastronomic proposals which have awarded us great popularity and notoriety.
Our gastronomic offer is being completed with the Bistro De Gusto, a cosy space next to Bianco & Rosso where we offer a selected variety of tapas and mallorcan and italian gourmet products, such as: oil, pasta, wine, etc. which you can as well buy in our Market.
