I am Manuel Caporale, Chief Executive of Bianco & Rosso and Director of De Gusto Tapas & Market.
It all began in 2011 when I presided Blanco & Rosso, a restaurant where we offer a renewed traditional italian cooking, more creative and original, with which in 2015 we finished up our gastronomic offer with Il Magazzino.
De Gusto is part of a dream come true.
An area where we offer more than just sit & eat, or buy a product.
In our Bistro, where we share culinary experiences, where we display the ingredients that we apply for cooking and where we advise of how to use them in order to obtain the best results possible.
In our Market you will find a variety of selected gourmet products of italian and majorcan quality.
